Operate conventional 6 spindle Acme Gridleys. 4 day work week - 10 hours per day, Monday thru Thursday. 5:30am - 4:00 pm

Brief description of products and services

Job Shop: primarily hydraulic components and fittings. 12L14, 1144, Stressproof, some stainless, brass, and aluminum.

Brief description of tool room support equipment

Automatics Department: (19) RA-6 Acme Gridleys, sizes 7/16" to 3-1/2". Forming, shaving, thread rolling, chasing, tapping, recessing, drilling, reaming. . . . Secondary Department: CNC & Conventional Hardinge Lathes, Bridgeport Mills

Brief description of engineering support systems and staff

Tooling produced by wire EDM.

Brief description of tooling materials

Dovetail form tools, shave tools, knee tools, drills, reamers, recess tools, thread rolls, circular chasers, taps, blade and insert cut-offs.
