Position Open: Set-Up
Other Job: We are looking for experienced Screw Machine Operators that also have knowledge of setups.
Shift: first
Description of Duties: Operation of one or more previously set up multiple spindle screw machines equipped with auto indexing & feed mechanisms to perform a series of machining ops on metal bar stock while following specs such as turning, boring, threading, & facing.
Brief description of products and services: We make multiple parts including bushings, spacers, pulleys, and pins. These parts are used for various things like Tractors and Site Glasses.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: We have Grinders, Mills, & Drill Presses.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: We have an engineer onsite that designs parts & assembles packets to set up machines.
Brief description of tooling materials: We use high speed carbide tooling, forms, and cutoff blades

Brief description of Vacation Policy: Vacation is paid out annually in February. It is paid based a percentage of your gross wages for the year.
