Quality oriented operators for established Tennessee screw machine business needed.
Must have experience with Multispindle Screw Machines including New Britains or Brown & Sharpes. We also run Davenports but are fully staffed on that side.

Description of Duties
Operator w/ Set up experience needed. Must be able to read tech data for dims, tolerances, ect. Must be able to run w/ in specified tolerances, Change or sharpen machine tools, perform maintenance as required
Brief description of products and services
Brass, Stainless, Aluminum parts for in house use on defense contracts. Some commercial customers in HVAC, automotive. and DoD industry
Brief description of tool room support equipment
B&S grinder, surface grinder, drill sharpener, work with outside vendors as required.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff
Established company with engineering, QC, and management support
Brief description of tooling materials
HSS, Carbide, Cobalt, coated or uncoated as requried.

We supply our pyrotechnic production lines with parts and sub assemblies from our screw machine metal parts operation. We specialize in high volume runs on brass, aluminum, and stainless screw machine parts.
