Brief description of Vacation Policy

After 60 days of employment receive 4 hrs. - then 4 hrs. earned the beginning of each month through the end of the calendar year. 2nd Calendar Year 40 hours 3rd Calendar Year 80 hours 4th Calendar Year + 80 hours plus 8 hours additional for each year after the 4th calendar year A maximum of 160 hours vacation may be earned in any one year.
