Description of Duties: Read and interpret blueprints. Manufacture machine components to prints and dimensions provided, program and run CNC lathe and milling machines, surface grinders, etc. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD required.
Brief description of products and services: Precision machining and plating services to major automotive, aerospace and medical original equipment manufacturers and Tier I suppliers. A “safety critical” component contract manufacturer.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: CNC lathe, Hardinge lathe, large chuck lathe, CNC mill, 2 Bridgeport mills, bench grinders, surface grinders.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Lead tool man, full 10 person engineering staff that draws prints for components to be made.
Brief description of tooling materials: All required tooling is in stock that is maintained by tool room personnel. Will work side by side with lead tool man and have engineering support.

Brief description of Vacation Policy: 1st year - no vacation time 1st anniversary - prorated based on month hired up to 40 hrs. 2nd anniversary - 40 hrs. plus prorated amount based on month hired. 3rd calendar year - January = 80 hours.
