The 2nd shift skilled Machinist works in conjunction with other members of the Torch Machining department to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met with little downtime through proper set up of CNC machines (Stars, Hardinges, Eubamas, Nakamuras & Robodrills) and manual machines (Davenports and ACMEs). This position requires strong machining abilities, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills. A detailed orientated, self-motivated, problem solver that utilizes a strong work ethic for a 350+ union facility in Chilton, WI is required. Starting pay various based on skill, ability and previous experience.

•Operate multi-axis lathes/mills •Interpret blueprints/machine parts to specification •Perform in process checks •Inspect finished product •Set up, troubleshoot, & make advanced adjustments to machines
