Description of Duties: Oversee all aspects of Production including Quality, Scheduling, and Staffing needs of the department. Strong Analytical abilities and quick Decision making skills required. Reports directly to the Manufacturing manager
Brief description of products and services: Components for primarily the Automotive Industry that are produced on 6 & 8-spindle Gildemeister Multi-spindle screw machines
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Full Tool Room support including Mitsubishi Wire EDM, Tru-Tech and Walter CNC Cutter Grinders
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: Full On-site Engineering support staff including Process/Tooling Engineers, Machine Designer, Controls Engineer, and Process Improvement Engineer
Brief description of tooling materials: Most of our screw machine tooling are Carbide, with 80-90% being made internally except for our replaceable Form/Shave inserts for the multi-spindle machines which we use Crowley (Peterson) tool for these. Some HSS and cobalt
