We are a production screw machine job shop serving a variety of industries.
Brief description of tool room support equipment
We operate 11 Star CNC Swiss machines ranging from 10mm to 32mm machines. We have tooling attachments to thread mill, thread whirl, polygonal mill, thread roll, angle drill and slot parts on the machines.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff
We do all of the programming at the machines and use AutoDesk for support. The president of the company has over 30 years of CNC Swiss programming experience.
Brief description of tooling materials
We use a large variety of indexable carbide insert tooling.
