Develop machining processes, design tooling, complete process lay-outs, work on problem solving of Quality and tooling related issues. Support Manufacturing to insure quoted process is maintained.Re-location & sign-on bonus is available
Brief description of products and services
Automotive products including Direct Inject Fuel rail, HVAC & TOC Blocks and Fittings, Aluminum/Steel Quick Connect Fittings.
Brief description of tool room support equipment
Full Tool Room support including Mitsubishi Wire EDM, Tru-Tech and Walter CNC Cutter Grinders
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff
full Engineering support staff including Process/Tooling Engineers, Machine Designer, Controls Engineer, and Process Improvement Engineer
Brief description of tooling materials
Primarily Carbide insert tooling including Crowley/Peterson Insert style tooling
