Description of Duties
Program, set up, and operate Citizen L20 version 7 machines. Use micrometers, comparators, surface profilometer, micro height, etc.. Monitor and adjust machining perameters to maintain product features within specification.
Brief description of products and services
Shaft and shaft like products within tolerance limits down to +/_.0005" and surface texture below 16min.
Brief description of tool room support equipment
Tool room equipment consists of manual lathe, mill, surface grinder for use by all qualified. On site vending for inserts and routinely used holders.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff
Engineering supported by principals of business and Chief Operating Officer. Production processes supported with CAD/CAM software.

General use of all tooling material types(high speed, carbide, coated, etc..) dependent on production material used.
