Automatic Components is a screw machine shop that has been in business for over 50 years at the same location in Los Angeles. We have 12 Warner Swasey multi-spindle machines as well a variety of other machines that we use to make panel nuts for the aerospace industry. We have an opening for an experienced set up person. We have tremendous potential for a hard working and motivated person. Compensation includes company paid health insurance and a retirement plan.

Description of Duties
Primary focus will be on setting up Warner Swasey multi-spindle machines. Troubleshoots machining problems and determines action to be taken. Repairs machines when necessary. Instructs and trains operators when necessary.

Primarily panel nuts for the aerospace industry.

We have in house equipment for making necessary tooling.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff
We are a niche business for over sixty years. We do not have an engineering staff.
Brief description of tooling materials
We work with all tooling materials including carbide inserts to making our own tooling for special projects.
