Description of Duties

2 years relevant experience with Acme, Davenport, or Brown & Sharpe screw machines Loading material, gaging parts, print reading grinding/sharpening tools, and adjusting tools Diagnose machine trouble

Brief description of products and services

We manufacture mechanical controls such as rod ends, ball joints and turbo linkages.

Brief description of tool room support equipment

Grinders, Lathes, Mills, Drill Press

Brief description of engineering support systems and staff

Staff of 4 manufacturing engineers

Brief description of tooling materials

High speed steel and carbide. Insert form tools and dovetail and circular forms.
