Brief description of tool room support equipment
Running Tornos, Gildemeister and Euroturn multis but getting
into Index CNC MS multis. Run Tsugami and Tornos Deco CNC
Swiss along with Tornos cam Swiss machines and a few Escos.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff
Quick change insert tooling is used on all machines. Coated
tooling or carbide where appropriate.

We are a progressive production turning facility
utilizing CNC and cam operated automatics. We run
Tornos, Gildemeisters, and Euroturns in our multi's -
just getting into Index MS CNC multis. In our CNC Swiss
we run Tsugami and Decos. We also run Tornos cam
machines and Escos.
