Description of Duties
Set up and operate Screw Machines to fabricate parts. Perform setup, in process and final part inspection to the customer’s blueprint. Operate more than one machine at a time.

Specialty fasteners, cold headed and machined parts, and engineered components, utilizing multi-station cold heading, multi-spindle screw machines and CNC & secondary machining.

Brief description of Vacation Policy
WCS Industries offers employees PTO (paid time off). Employees first year of employment, PTO is prorated based upon start date. Employees second year of employment and beyond there is a defined PTO schedule, up to a maximum of 20 days of PTO can be earned. Employees are able to carry over 40 hours of PTO from one year to the next.
