We are a solid Cumberland, Rhode Island based CNC Swiss Manufacturing Company and we are looking to hire experienced Swiss CNC operators, set-up personnel, and programmers for first shift positions.

Candidates need to be highly motivated, professional, dedicated to great quality, and work ethic. Must have solid blueprint reading and geometric tolerance experience.
Proficient use of micrometer and calipers as well. Experience with ISO 9001 and 13485 is a plus.
Programming and setup on Tsugami Swiss CNC machines is another plus.

Develop processes, programs, sets up & operates CNC & manual machines to perform operations such as milling, turning, boring & threading parts mainly in bar stock. Support operations management to achieve high quality and production performance targets.
Brief description of products and services
Manufacturer of precision CNC component parts for primarily Medical and Aerospace. But we also serve other markets.
Brief description of tool room support equipment
Manual Lathe, milling machine, surface grinder, tool setters, tool crib with all collets and guide bushings organized, and we utilize an automated tool dispenser (Tool Boss). All custom tools kitted for specific jobs.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff
Engineering & operations personnel to support the lead machinist in their role. Partmaker & other software used. QA dept. w/ OGP smart scope, Zeiss profilometer, Keyence measuring unit, TESA Height gages, & Oasis system.
Brief description of tooling materials
Primarily use carbide and HSS tooling to produce our parts. Being a job shop we run every material from specialized plastics, brass, copper, all the stainless varieties, aircraft alloys, exotics, and titanium.
