Expanding Screw Machine and CNC shop is seeking a toolmaker that has tool grinding, sharpening and design experience. Wire EDM knowledge a plus as new tooling is being designed and built on this equipment. Manual machining with both mills and lathes.

Precision Parts manufacturer of parts with a high degree of difficulty, stringent quality requirements. Services agricultural, aerospace and other OEMs requiring parts to be made from specs.
Brief description of tool room support equipment
National Acmes from 7/16" to 3 1/2". Centerless and cylindrical grinders, Mazak CNC lathes and mills, broaches, and thread rolls.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff
Engineering department supplies technical support for the
manufacturing operation.

Carbide, Hi-speed steel, and tool steel.
