- This is a hands on position, candidate will be expected to operate and/or set-up machines when required.

Description of Duties
-Confirms production machines are operating at designated cycle times.
-Troubleshoot and repair machines when required.
- Replaces worn machine parts.
- Must be able to use machines that measure, bore, thread, cut, shave and shape component parts.

Brief description of tool room support equipment
-Tornos and Escomatic Screw Machines
-Machines or electronic equipment that an operator may use in the performance of their jobs include Stone and Diamond grinder, Drill press, Parts counter.
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff
- Mounts cutting tools in tool holders and mounts them on machine, using wrenches, verifying their position with gauges and other measuring instruments.
- Ensures all production equipment are operating to efficiency levels identified by the company
Brief description of tooling materials
- Direct experience maintaining Tornos and Escomatic cam driven screw machines.
- Ensures Preventative Maintenance procedures are followed.
