Description of Duties: Set up, operate, maintain, repair, make tooling, on a multitude of machinery. (2) Davenports loaded with attachments. (1) 60 ton stamping press. (1) Rotary machine (1) Plastic injection molding machine (1) Amada CNC Punch (1) Amada CNC Press Brake
Brief description of products and services: SSRC is a manufacturer of power and control distribution equipment as well as infrastructure components for the entertainment market. We also make several wiring devices device used in the theatrical market.
Brief description of tool room support equipment: Tool and cutter grinder, Surface Grinder, Knee Mill,
Brief description of engineering support systems and staff: This is a hands on leadership position.
Brief description of tooling materials: High speed and carbide Stamping dies Molds

Brief description of Vacation Policy: 1 week after first year 2 weeks after second year additional day each additional year. 3 week maximum
Comments: SSRC is seeking an highly experienced individual who has the capability of setting up, operating and maintaining 2 Davenport bar machines but wants some diversity. The machines are loaded with spindle stopping,spindle locating, cross drilling, cross tapping, slotting, pick off, and back drill. We make 4 different parts with change overs. Responsibilities will also include a 60 ton stamping press, Plastic injection molding machine, a rotary machine, tool making,and a multitude of other tasks This is not your basic screw machine operator job.
